Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

I can ship the Bandits wherever you wish. All the parcels are registered and shipped with Poczta Polska and get a tracking number. If you wish to get a different carrier, please let me know. I'm sure we can deal with it. 

I need one working day to handle the Bandit you have purchased and ship it however, for the bespoke products, I will give you individual shipping time before you place an order. 

Once the item is shipped an email with a tracking number will be sent to you, so you´ll be able to check the package status.

I´ll ship to the address you provided in the form, please make sure it is correct!
ABOUT ADDITIONAL COSTS OR TAXES
Any additional costs that may be charged due to local duty or taxes on your country will be payed by the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy

 If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in an unused and optimal condition within 7 days from receiving your order for a full refund of the cost of the shoes (but not the shipping cost). 

You can also exchange it for another size or another item. 
If the cost of the new Item is higher you would have to pay the difference, if it is lower we will refund the difference to you. New shipping costs are on the customer.

WE CAN NOT REFUND ANY SHIPPING COST OR BANK FEES

RETURNING GOODS:
You may send the bag back with any shipping of your choice but with a trackable system (with tracking number) - So we assure they arrive safe and sound back to me.

As soon as I receive them back, you'll get the refund of the cost of bag.
Or in case of a change of size/colour, I´ll send the new bag at this moment. 

NOTES:
The bag has to be in perfect condition and not been worn.
The shipping cost and bank fees are not refundable. 

EXCEPTIONS: 
Please note that there are NO CHANGES or REFUNDS on Sale and Outlet items following items can't be returned or exchanged.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Items on sale
